Sugo (Vegan)
Slow cooked sauce of Italian tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery and oregano, kept rustic and chunky.
Traditional Ragu
Cooked over a period of six hours, with house ground pancetta, pork shoulder and Angus beef forequarter.
Beef Short Rib
Overnight braised short rib, onion and tomato. Simple and delicious it’s like Italy on a spoon.
