Lasagne Ragu Bolognese
Our signature lasagne has been given a true Bolognian touch. Each sheet of pasta is crafted from flour eggs and green spinach. Between each layer of pasta lie dollops of bechamel, as well as our ragu which follows the time- honoured method of slow cooking. Our chefs have selected Victorian pork and Angus beef to give the ragu an extra depth of flavour.
Mushroom Lasagne
A family staple, our lasagne is crafted using the traditional method of layering thin egg pasta with abundant sauce. Our creamy mushroom sauce combines oyster mushrooms for a slightly springy texture with Swiss brown mushrooms for an earthy flavour. When brought together in harmony with our delicious house-made bechamel, every layer oozes hearty goodness. Make it part of your food ritual, one best paired with good wine and good company.
Pumpkin & Kale
Immerse yourself in the comforting layers of kale and pumpkin lasagne, where earthy kale and sweet pumpkin intermingle with creamy béchamel sauce, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that evoke the warmth of autumn with every bite.
