Our passion for pasta stems from the vibrant markets of Bologna, where handmade, colourful pasta displays and theatrics captured our founders’ hearts. Our inaugural Melbourne kitchen opened its doors in 2021. Our premium pasta offering has attracted the interest of Melbourne’s top restaurants.
We have since supplied fresh pasta from high-end restaurant to national healthcare providers. We aim to be the number 1 fresh pasta brand in Australia.
